The CCSU Golden Apple Awards: Who won what?

CCCU staff members took to The Lounge yesterday for The Golden Apple Awards; the SU’s award ceremony dedicated to showing appreciation to our incredible Christ Church staff.

Hundreds of staff members were nominated for a range of categories all applauding them for the tireless and hugely appreciated work they do for CCCU.

Voting for the annual awards ceremony is done by both students and staff so everyone can show how much their favourite member of staff means to them.

CCSU Advice and Campaigns Co-ordinator is Ellie Martin is the Golden Apple Awards Organiser, she said: “What we don’t often get to do is really celebrate teaching and that is what this award ceremony is about.

“It’s about celebrating excellent teaching, excellent support and it’s an opportunity for our students to really thank them for the work they put in.”
